Interview - The Eternal Fall
Is there a central song, the basic idea of the / album shows an example?
Yes, there is a central song of the album and the tittle is the same the the album have, Alone. The song speak about some of the situations the band got in the last two years, is like a way to clean up our mind of all the problems we got to still doing music…
Is the choice of lyrical backgrounds are still running in complete stylistic freedom?
If you mean if we write what we want…yes, we write what we want 
What is with you in the selection process for a new CD or a song from?
Normaly we composse and record all at the same time, the bases, guitars and keyboards, Just we leave to the end the bassline and the voice (and sometimes a solo guitar). So the process its very simple, we record, after that we decide the order of the songs and if some of the songs dont sounds like we want we put out that song.
What kind of is your typical sound and how he has over the years changed?
Our “kind” of sound…in my opinion its a mix with our influences and our own sickness, we put in the music all we have inside, so, maybe the thing that have changed from the first album until today can be the quality of the sound (tecnical quality, i mean) the songs, i think still sound like the first day.
What makes you the shape of future publications?
All the experiences we have with the music are enough reason to still doing it. The people who give us their continued support and care, the nice friends we have meet at he concerts, the nice people who gave to us the big oportunity to play in different countries…yes, we thing all this its enough reason
Will there even a live album?
I dont think so…the best its to go to a live concert!!!;)
If the last CD in the original version of the recordings, or are you once again gone over it in order to smooth passages, which critics later from a “dirty sound” or “not perfect vocals” could speak? Yes, our last work “Alone” its the first and definitiv version, we play and record first of all for us and we dont care to much the critics, we have lot of opinions, gut and bad opinions…we think that its the normal think, no everybody can enjoy our sound but we are very happy for now with the care from the people who really enjoy our sound.

Did you confronted any time with such a thing anyway?
Yes, our 3 first albums sounds with low quality, its normal with each album we get a bit more experience and we can release the next albums with more quality (about the tecnical things, like i told you for us the “style of our sound still been the same from the first day).So we understand the kind of critics who speak about the quality of the sound. Some of the old song are been re-recorded now with new effects and the quality we can get now (still been not a profesional sound but sounds better than the first cd’s)
How it comes that you choose the cover and the title of the last album?
I dont use more than a couple ouf hours to make the cover, normaly i know quite well what i want and when all its ready just i make it. The tittle was the first think i though in this last album, Alone was the first composed song for this new work.
How do you think it is generally with the look of your web pages?
…hahah, we have one official page “in contruction from 3 years ago”…theeternalfall.com and it looks really bad…hahah, we must to beat our webmaster, haha. The myspace page of the eternal fall show what must to show, some videos, pictures and songs, yes, i think its enough and dont looks too bad
How you see yourself compared to your fans?
I don know how to answer that, i dont think we have to much in common with the people in general, you know, dont care if they are fans or not…for example…we are people who never go to a gothic (or not gothic) party, we normaly are at home (me here in Germany and David, the bass player, in Spain with his wife…) we like to play on stage and give our best to the people who go to see us playing and share a nice time with them but apart of the music…
What you care most the time and makes your heart heavy?
Our heart its never heavy, i told you, make music its our exit way to put out all our feelings, to give you a good answer to thjis question i can tell you just one thing, when you get a bit try to find the answer at some song of us
With whom do you want to go on tour once or make a CD?
With everybody who its nice and like to enjoy and share nice time with his work ,heheh Our dream can be to share stage with Fields of the Nephilim…hahaha

What do you need absolutely, if it goes on tour?
A place to sleep, some food, some little money and of course share a nice time with the people!!!
During your career have you immensely with many themes, ideas, concepts and stories apart.
During your career have you immensely with many themes, ideas, concepts and stories apart.
You are interested in these issues even today without exception, or there are areas which were once the basis for a song have been, but now you no longer employ?
Normaly i write the lyric after the music…and just i write what the music transmit to me, but, yes, always its something back, if not directly in some indirect way, the last album “Alone” is the most personal album…i think in some way each album get a big more of our souls and we put (sometimes without know it) part of our life in.
What next to expect from you?
Of course a new album that its almost done but will be released more or less on April of the next year…and before the end of 2010 maybe something more…heheh
Is there anything in your life that you really regret?
In our life in the music, nothing.
Can you imagine yourself in 3 words?
Really I can’t make it…and i dont think David can tell something about…hahah, to strange people for three words…and this word make me feel like in my last work interview, they asked me the same heheh

How can you expect me to believe in

Are you fascinated by death?
…No… we are not fascinated by the death…the death its often pressent i our songs but like lot of thinks more, and the death can have lot of diferent meanings;)
What does the religion for many people is so important, because they believe that the fear of the death of something is taken?
haahaha, i think the only thing that the people its affraid its for the things that they ignore (cause they want)…we are really blind…into a dream
